Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER/S BE DISPATCHED?

A: All parcels of MONIVAS are dispatched via Singpost & our engaged courier companies. We promise to dispatch your parcel to our delivery partners within 3 working days* once payment is verified. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery after it has been handed over to delivery companies. Do also expect some delays on delivery during festive seasons.

 

Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: Once your order has been dispatched to our delivery partners for delivery arrangement, you will receive an email from us with the parcel tracking number. If there is further concern, please email us with your order number to hello@monivas.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

Q: AFTER PLACING AN ORDER, WILL I BE ABLE TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: We are afraid that we are unable to make any amendments to your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. However, you may still be able to cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. If you would like to make amendments to your order, you can cancel and re-order them before they have been dispatched.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

A: Yes, MONIVAS delivers worldwide! Simply choose “International Delivery” at a flat rate of SGD $15 (custom and import taxes / duties not included) upon checkout. For more information on the rates and details, please refer to Delivery.

 

Q: WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

A: Sometimes we have to cancel you order due to a number of reasons including but not limited to the following:

  • Unavailable Stock: The item/s you have ordered went out of stock before we could process it.
  • Payment Issues: Your payment did not go through or we were not able to verify your payments.
  • Incomplete or Invalid Delivery Address: You may have accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address which we could not process.
  • Typo Errors: MONIVAS reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products that were listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

You will not be charged for cancelled products. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled, you will be refunded for the cancelled products.

 

Q: HOW DO I REDEEM STORE CREDITS?

A: On the check out page, click on the “Apply store credit discounts” button and a pop out will show the amount of available store credits you have. Simply enter the amount of store credits you would like to apply and hit “Apply”.

 

Q: WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE WHAT I BOUGHT?

A: Fret not! Our flexible exchange policy allows you to exchange them within 14 days. For more details, please refer to Returns & Exchanges.

 

Q: I’VE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM.

A: In order to make sure that all our customers are happy with their purchases, MONIVAS make sure that all items went through and passed our quality check before sending the items out. However if you feel that the order is faulty or not up to your satisfaction, please drop us an email immediately to our Customer Care Team at hello@monivas.com with a snapshot of the defective area/s and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
