RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • All MONIVAS purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days in its original and resalable condition with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Kindly send us an email at hello@monivas.com or file a request via our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • All relevant postage costs involved will be fully borne by you. You are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. MONIVAS will not proceed on with the return if the package does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail. All exchanges will be sent back to you via delivery only. Kindly make the payment for re-delivery of the exchange item(s) here.
  • In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement, customers may choose to exchange to another equivalent value item or a full refund of the item will be given.
  • All clearance items may not come in mint condition and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Exchanges can only be made once. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
  • Delivery fee is non-refundable and will notย be considered as part of the exchanged item value. If you request for a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery fee) will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • If you have utilized a discount coupon with minimum spending condition and request for a refund, the discount will be prorated. If your total purchase falls below the minimum spending condition after the refund amount, the discount coupon will be automatically cancelled and refund will be based on the original purchase price without any discount.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

  • We apologize if we had sent you any incorrect item(s) in your order. Please drop us an email within 7 days to our Customer Care Team atย hello@monivas.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • In order to make sure that all our customers are happy with their purchases, MONIVAS make sure that all items went through and passed our quality check before sending the items out. However if you feel that the order you received is faulty or not up to your satisfaction, please drop us an email within 7 days to our Customer Care Team atย hello@monivas.comย with a snapshot of the defective area(s) and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • Do note that there may be a 1-3cm difference in our given measurements and such variance will not be considered as a defect reason for exchange or return.
  • MONIVAS reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if we deem the item(s) is not a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS

  • All returned & exchanged merchandise including defective and incorrect items must be in its original purchase condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, unmarked, with tags still attached (if any), and in its original packaging, all part intact.
  • Requests for returns and exchanges of articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns & exchanges for the following:

  • Promotional, clearance & sales items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized items
  • Purchases made with store credits
  • Delivery fees

The sale of any such items is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
